**Responsibilities**

Provide expert assistance in maturation of security programs and components from IOC to FOC. Establish and implement a comprehensive SAP/CAP level security program. Establish and implement unique security portfolios. Establish, maintain, and manage a program security plan. Advise on the proper selection, certification, accreditation, and use of IT equipment used for processing sensitive material. Coordinate, implement, educate, and enforce the security program classification guides. Prepare comprehensive SOPs to implement security policies and requirements. Conduct security reviews and participate in audits from external investigators. Establish and support specialized procedures for the transmission of material to and from program elements. Manage Terms of Access portfolios for SAPs and CAPs.

**Qualifications**

* 15 years of experience in comprehensive program security management

* Bachelors Degree

* Demonstrated experience with required SAP, CAP, and SCI security procedures

* Demonstrated experience with information, industrial, and personnel security principles and practices

* Demonstrated experience in developing, analyzing, and evaluating security programs to meet mission requirements

* Demonstrated ability to apply wide range of security concepts, principles, and practices to resolve problems and develop guidance documentation across a variety of circumstances and environments

* TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
