Minimum QualificationsMinimum Six (6) years of relevant experience with a Bachelor s degree or three (3) of relevant experience with a Master s degree.Ability to analyze data, recognize trends, diagnose root causes and impacts, and provide recommendations for programmatic resolutions in the form of polished Excel PivotTables, dynamic dashboards, and organizational reporting mechanisms. Experience conducting research, evaluations, analyses, studies, and recommending solutions based on current and past program performancePrior experience in tracking and analyzing program performance and variances in areas such as justification, formulation, planning, and execution.Strong interpersonal skills with prior assignments that required frequent interactions with customers at various organizational levels and the ability to handle multiple tasks and adhoc requests.Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Pivot Tables and queries, MSWord/PDF document formatting, and PowerPoint). Significant technical editing and document formatting and preparation are required.Excellent written/verbal communications skills and programmatic comprehension.Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our office for occasional in-person meeting requirements.Desired QualificationsPrevious experience with FAA's program management, strategic planning, and budget formulation processes including monitoring program performance against baselines.Prior experience with the FAA preferably in support of F&E and/or baselined programs in areas such as justification, formulation, planning, and execution.Knowledge and application of FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS).Experience in identifying risks and performing risk mitigation.Previous experience with program management tools.Ability to apply statistical analysis techniques and tools for programs, such as estimates at completion (EAC) or other variance metrics.Strong abilities in critical thinking, technical writing, and delivering oral presentations.About CSSICSSI, Inc. has 30 years of experience working in complex, dynamic, safety critical systems supporting both government and commercial clients to address their toughest challenges, with efficient and low-risk solutions.
