Minimum QualificationsMinimum Six (6) years of relevant experience with a Bachelor s degree or three (3) of relevant experience with a Master s degree.Ability to analyze data, recognize trends, diagnose root causes and impacts, and provide recommendations for programmatic resolutions in the form of polished Excel PivotTables, dynamic dashboards, and organizational reporting mechanisms. Experience conducting research, evaluations, analyses, studies, and recommending solutions based on current and past program performancePrior experience in tracking and analyzing program performance and variances in areas such as justification, formulation, planning, and execution.Strong interpersonal skills with prior assignments that required frequent interactions with customers at various organizational levels and the ability to handle multiple tasks and adhoc requests.Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Pivot Tables and queries, MSWord/PDF document formatting, and PowerPoint).
