Job description

As a Human Capital Analyst, you will support an

emergency management client

to provide human capital analysis support within our Defense and Security Segment.

Individuals will be engaged in a diverse set of project-specific tasks covering a broad set of capabilities, including:Supporting clients and team members to develop, implement, and execute human capital strategies and plansAnalyzing human capital and workforce data and current states to understand potential impact to the client and the program(s) they operateSupporting the planning and preparation of strategic planning sessions and meetingsAnalyzing human capital data and products for alignment with strategic goals and objects and other prioritiesSupporting a team that develops and presents recommended plans of actionSupporting a team that develops human capital reports and other strategic communications and change management planning activitiesSupporting a team that recommends changes to human capital analysis or designs new processes to support the implementation of human capital guidanceSynthesizes research into high quality reports and presentations that supports client human capital and workforce-related decision-making and briefingsWhat You WIll Need:US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and

maintain

a federal Public Trust1-3 years of relevant experience (human resources, business management and/or strategy consulting related field)Demonstrated experience in human capital analysisAbility to support and contribute to high performing teams with a high standard for qualityAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentAbility to work efficiently while prioritizing tasks and managing various deadlinesAbility to think critically, strategically, and innovativelyAbility to effectively engage and interact with supervisory and senior executive/manager level clientsProficiency

in Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePointWhat Would Be Nice

to

Have:Experience in consultingHuman Capital certificate, and/or certificationDirect experience or familiarity with FEMA, emergency management, or grants managementDemonstrated experience in human capital analysis
