About The Role In anticipation of a contract award, COE is seeking customer-focused mid-level Business Analysts (BA) to provide experienced consulting in collecting information, engaging multiple stakeholders, and assessing organizational effectiveness for our federal client. This position is responsible for the assimilation of information from multiple sources and developing documentation to support SOPs, organizational redesign, and/or process improvements for our client to optimize their delivery of services. This position is a hybrid role with primary focus on telework with occasional travel to local client site(s) within the Washington DC/Metro area. Responsibilities The candidate should apply with proven experience to execute the following:

Based on established and developed protocols, assess all aspects of organizational performance including governance, talent, performance tools and systems, workload, and external influences on the organization. Analyzing the organization, including historical structures, changes within the organization, and prior and current staffing models.Ability to interview staff, analyze data, observe performance, assess policy, process, technology systems, and outputs and outcomes consistent with the organizations mission and other aspects of structure and stakeholders.Prepare data, reports, analysis, and findings for client senior leaders as integrated across findings and implications within a team environment.Executing change management and communications plans to support change management.Provide ad hoc support to other related areas as needed.Required Experience

Must have prior experience working on Federal projects. Candidates without Federal experience will not be considered.Mid-level 3-5 years of experience eliciting, gathering, documenting, and tracking business requirements and a bachelors degree in a related field preferred. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Extremely detail oriented with strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn and assimilate new skills and methodologies.Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language, document system processes and procedures in a clear manner.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.The ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, and manage time effectively.History of ethical and value-based performance.US citizenship and ability to or already possesses a national security clearance.Willing to work in a hybrid environment as described above.Benefits We are proud to have been recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Management Consulting Firms.
