Job DescriptionOur

Product Manager

will work closely with our national leadership, city operations, UI/UX and development teams to help define, document and deliver new features and services for our growing sports operations organization. You will help execute the feature roadmap across two mobile and three web applications. You will work collaboratively with our business stakeholders to ensure consistent, smooth and balanced release rollouts. you will be a highly visible member of a dynamic team focused on quickly delivering business problems benefiting both internal and external users of tools across the Volo technology ecosystem.Volo Tech is looking for someone who can:Be responsible for feature and fix spec documentation and development sprint execution.Organize and manage simultaneous projects from ideation, discovery through development and delivery to production.Communicate with Volo team members throughout the organization about new features, fixes, and future development status and plans.Synthesize user and business needs and translate them into development requirements.Investigate and document user issues and feature requests for the development team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, and processes and create positive and impactful end-to-end solutions.Follow, create, improve and maintain project best practices

QualificationsYour expected skill set & experience3+ years of professional experience2+ years of product management experience including launching and scaling user facing web & mobile based products.Excellent written, strong presentation and oral communication skills with proven ability to synthesize lots of information into clear and concise documentation.Highly analytical, organized self-starter that enjoys solving complex problems and considers things outside of the obvious.Collaborative and supportive team member with an all hands on deck, roll up their sleeves, and let s figure it out kind of energy.Passion for delivering tech tools and products that improve the user lives and increases business returns.Strong analytical, detail oriented, quantitative, and investigation abilities.Must show proven ability to manage and successfully execute multiple projects with concurrent deadlines with low or minimal supervision / direction.An organized and driven team member that isn't afraid to ask questions to uncover both the problem and the optimal solution, efficiently communicates bad news as well as good news and is passionate about meeting all goals and deadlines.Strong knowledge of or interest in learning about the social sports industry"Wow" us with a brief blurb describing your . . .Extensive product management experienceUndeniable perfection to be the newest member of our product teamInterest and acumen in the social sports sphere
