Overview:

Web DeveloperThe Sponsor has an environment dedicated to tradecraft innovation and is a unique addition to the Sponsor s Community. This office incorporates new and emerging commercial technologies, along with tailored and specific technical and analytic capabilities in order to achieve its core mission. Partnerships with tradecraft schools and mission elements drive discovery and definition of projects suitable to Sponsor s capabilities. The Sponsor provides an environment for concept incubation, prototype evaluation, and pilot execution in the effort to advance technical intelligence, tradecraft, capabilities, and techniques. The efficiencies gained by collocating technical tradecraft capabilities with new employee training and development provides a comprehensive perspective of exactly what new employees may encounter when they go to the field. The Web Developer, which includes SharePoint Development, will collaborate with team members, customers, service providers and developers to identify requirements; analyze to determine technical requirements. They will communicate with network personnel or web site hosting agencies to address hardware or software issues affecting web sites. They will confer with Sponsor to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, and choose solutions. The Web Developer will create searchable indices for web page content. They will create web models or prototypes that include physical, interface, logical, or data models. They will design and implement web site security measures such as firewalls or message encryption. They will design, build, or maintain web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media. The Web Developer will develop databases that support web applications and web sites. They will develop system interaction or sequence diagrams. They will develop web site maps, application models, image templates, or page templates that meet project goals, user needs, or industry standards. They will document technical factors such as server load, bandwidth, database performance, and browser and device types. They will develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types. The Web Developer will execute unit and functional test plan and document test results. They will establish appropriate server directory trees. They will evaluate code to ensure that it is valid, is properly structured, meets industry standards and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems. They will evaluate or recommend server hardware or software for Sponsor consideration. The Web Developer will identify or maintain links to and from other web sites and check links to ensure proper functioning. They will identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, and correct problems or refer problems to appropriate personnel for correction. They will Incorporate technical considerations into web site design plans, such as budgets, equipment, performance requirements, or legal issues including accessibility and privacy. They will install and configure hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) servers and associated operating systems. They will monitor security system performance logs to identify problems and notify security specialists when problems occur. The Web Developer will perform web site tests according to planned schedules or after any web site or product revisions. They will provide clear, detailed descriptions of web site specifications such as product features, activities, software, communication protocols, programming languages, and operating systems software and hardware. They will recommend and implement performance improvements.

1.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience deploying and developing cloud-based systems from the ground up using CloudFormation and Cloud Development Kit (CDK) with knowledge of one or more services including: a)Elastic Map Reduce (EMR) b)Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) c)Fargate d)Application Load Balancer (ALB) e)Simple Storage Service (S3) f)Route53 g)Relational Database Service (RDS) h)Identity Access Management (IAM) i)Simple Notification Service (SNS) j)Simple Queue Service (SQS) k)Lambda l)Elastic Block Storage (EBS) m)CloudWatch n)CloudTrail o)Config p)Secret Manager q)Key Management Service (KMS) 2.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with deploying and developing Spark Streaming 3.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience developing and deploying machine learning algorithms with Scikit-Learn, SciPy and MUKH. 4.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with developing user interfaces with Typescript using the Vue framework with the open source Leaflet and PixiJS libraries. 5.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience using Node.js and a working understanding of UI hydration techniques. 6.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience using Git and Gitlab. 7.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience collecting and managing requirements from users in a formal and adhoc manner. 8.(Mandatory) Bachelor s Degree or 4 years experience in Computer Science or related field
