- Gather, analyze, document, validate and communicate business requirements effectively- General project documentation (i.e. meeting notes, drafting proposals)
- General support through testing phases: researching issues, providing guidance on defect resolution

* 1 or more years' experience with Workday HCM and/or Payroll with
* Expert with Excel
* Ability to synthesize multiple sources of data/information and compile into a cohesive presentation.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data structures, identify data discrepancies, and ensure data integrity
- Basic understanding of technical concepts related to ERP systems, such as database structures
- Expert with Excel (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, concatenations, etc.)
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences
- Ability to influence others
- Flexibility and adaptability; ability to work in ambiguous situations at all levels of the organization
