Full timeJob IntroductionFrequentis USA designs, develops, manufactures, markets, and distributes Frequentis technologies for FAA, NASA,and state and local governments. Frequentis USA is headquartered in Columbia, Maryland operating a local manufacturing plant serving its U.S. customers.Key TasksLead engineer responsible for proprietary telecommunications systems network engineering & integration, software installation, configuration & integration, security hardeningAnalyze program specifications and clarify technical issues to generate system solution documentation based on existing product offeringAnalyze technical project risks and produce mitigation processes and metricsPrepare test methodologies to prove performance (e.g., timing, audio levels, network operation, latency, packet loss etc.) of system solutionsParticipates in factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, failure location and analysisMonitors system performance and implements security measures, troubleshooting and maintenanceKey Qualifications

BS in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience with IT and telecommunications software and hardware5-7 years' experience integrating, deploying, and supporting integrated hardware and software solutions in the area of networking and communicationsEngineering experience in integrating and maintaining telecommunications/telephony and radio communications systems and related technologies (Analog, TDM, VoIP, T1)Our Values
