A large hospital is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician and Medical Director to join a newly created, hospital-employed team. Call is shared with other gastroenterologists from a local private practice with the option to do advanced procedures and a flexible work schedule. This is an opportunity to start a brand-new, hospital-based gastroenterology program. A brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic will be built to support the practice. This position is located in Winchester, Virginia, a model community in the Shenandoah Valley. Winchester has specially endowed public schools, outstanding private school systems, a music conservatory, a university, outdoor recreation, rich history, and affordable housing. It is located just 75 miles to Washington DC.
