National Account Sales Executive

Job description

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executing customer-focused sales strategies that will support the achievement of individual, department and company revenue and profit goals

Prospecting, selling and closing of new business within the organizations corporate global moving services line

Managing the customer sales cycle to include: communicating with customers, coordination of customer services with the branch and/or corporate employees and customer satisfaction and quality control efforts

Knowledge and understanding of world affairs and the impact on business

Willingness to engage in a team selling and solutions-driven strategy

Adhering to established sales techniques with a strong focus on ethical business dealings

Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of relocation services and customers' issues and needs

Operating in a manner that ensures greater client retention and the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Travel up to 25% of the time within designed territory

Capitalizing on on-the-job training and development opportunities

Utilizing social media and technology to promote the company and self

Networking to promote the company and obtain new prospects

Performs other duties as assigned
