Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) in the Grove City, OH area. This OT will provide therapy in the Assisted Living environment and within the community.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) would be responsible for performing starts of care and initial evaluations, subsequent follow-up visits, and supervising COTA's. Flexible scheduling while maintaining a weekly caseload of 25 - 30 visits a week. Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the State of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience based. This position is Per-Visit based (your choice) and will be discussed in the interview process.
