**Description**

The Warehouse Manager will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time. A proven record of achieving inventory accuracy, coordinating picking and kitting of orders, and managing complex projects within the warehouse environment (i.e. warehouse organization/layout optimization) is highly desirable.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

* Create a culture of world class performance and a team approach and for optimizing inventory levels, inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and aesthetics

* Directly lead shipping, receiving, order kitting and inventory teams

* Plan, execute and reconcile inventory and cycle count activities

* Review and suggest dispositions of excess, slow moving and obsolete inventory

* Reconcile all inventory discrepancies and issues

* Participate in company hiring process to fill open positions in designated department

* Coordinate job training, both for new employees and to cross-train existing employees

* Evaluate employee performance, both informally on a day-to-day basis, and as a part of the company performance management system

* Prioritize tasks and motivate teams to accomplish company objectives

**What You Bring to the Table**

* Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business or equivalent experience

* 7+ years' experience in warehouse management within a similar high mix / low volume production environment

* Direct experience working with planning, production, and supply chain teams
