Job description

Title:Integration EngineerKBR is seeking a highly qualified Integration Engineer to support our customer in Chantilly, VA delivering mission-critical capabilities that enable them plan and execute intelligence-gathering missions from overhead systems and process the resulting collected data into useful information distributed to IC and DoD users.The Integration Engineer will help enable integration of the portfolio mission capabilities to deliver a holistic architecture focused on addressing current and emerging threats.Specific responsibilities will include:Providing Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) and Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) services with a focus on integration and operations of a complex mission system and supporting IT infrastructureWorking with the team leads, program managers, and acquisition professionals to validate an acquisition strategy and its ability to support a technically feasible outcome that meets the customer's needsIntegrating new systems and initiatives in support of customer/mission partner requirements and work directly with our developers and users in operationsUnderstanding system-to-system interfaces and function as an Integrator Assisting in preparation of presentations and reportsUtilize mission specific and commercial applications for Agile software integration activities including Confluence, Kanban, JIRA, etc.Required Qualifications:Active TS/SCI with CI PolygraphA technical degree: 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhDExtensive Intelligence Community experience and work history with National Reconnaissance Office Mission PartnersExperience integrating the architectures of multiple intelligence systemsExperience identifying user/enterprise requirements, gap identification and analysisExperience creating brief packages for technical requirements, implementation plans, risks, and success criteriaStrong project management skillsThe ability to quickly/concisely brief project status to senior leadershipFamiliarity with cloud-based product offerings/specifications and be able to offer solutionsExperience with software frameworks, Agile software development process (i.e SAFE) and deliveries of new capabilitiesExperience utilizing Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)Candidate will be required to sign and adhere to Non-Disclosure agreement(s)KBR is an equal opportunity employer.
