**Hybrid role - Qualified applicants are local to McLean or Richmond, VA.**

Our client needs multiple Agile Delivery Leads to facilitate a collaborative, transparent, and high efficiency development environment. You will ensure teams are following an Agile approach, and tailor the methodology for different environments and experience levels.

**Requirements of the Agile Delivery Lead:**

* Demonstrated experience with Agile practices, including at least 3 years of dedicated Scrum Master experience

* Experience leading technical teams, developing best practices and team norms, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and working outside the box

* Agile SAFe experience, Scrum Master certifications, or strong PMP experience at the program level within an Agile environment

* Fundamental understanding of the importance of people over processes and adapting Agile for different environments and experience levels

* Ability to identify and resolve impediments through collaboration and communication

* Demonstrated ability to build sustainable Agile plans

* Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence

* Jira Align experience is a plus!
