Position Summary

As the Program Manager for Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving critical growth for emerging business models including but not limited to foodservice and distribution partners. Collaborating closely with our sales team, marketing team and operations deployment team, you will oversee multiple work streams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our company's goals. This role demands strategic planning, timeline management, operational optimization, stakeholder communication, and a strong analytical muscle across multiple channel partners to successfully launch.

Responsibilities
  • Manage overall timelines for go-to-market new business, ensuring projects are executed on time, per alignment with key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, fostering trust and collaboration
  • Deliver clear and concise communications, including regular program status updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Facilitate large, cross-functional working groups to ensure effective program launches
  • Apply sharp analytical skills to solve key issues in go-to-market execution and post-launch programs
  • Communicate decisions and performance insights from leadership meetings to operational teams, ensuring alignment and understanding
  • Champion cross-functional excellence, engaging support from various team members to drive collective success

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage, commercialization, business operations, product innovation, program management, or a closely related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and programs with superb business acumen
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an accessible manner
  • Exceptional presentation abilities
  • Skills to anticipate project challenges, manage resources effectively, and achieve results in dynamic conditions
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a driven and independent work ethic

Salary Range:

$125,000 - $160,000

Plus bonus and stock options
