**Assistant Manager, Commercial Cash Management**

Banking 4, Role C

Participates with third-party Cash Management vendors supporting our commercial cash management business to research, troubleshoot, test and implement new Cash Management products and services. Identifies and develops processes where necessary to ensure daily operations flow smoothly. This position assists the Deposit Operations team in setting and accomplishing goals and assists the department manager in ensuring the Commercial Cash Management Operations staff understands and supports the banks strategic direction.

- Day to Day daily work distribution/schedule coordination and supervision, including subject matter expertise in support of the Commercial Cash Management Operations team; 40%

- Supervise the Commercial Cash Management team to ensure the successful onboarding of commercial Cash Management customers, including account opening, training customers on the use of NCBs Cash Management products via telephone, remote computer access or in person. Assist Commercial Cash Management team members, and take the lead when necessary, to troubleshoot complex urgent customer issues. 20%

- Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and workflows. Provide accurate and timely periodic reporting. 20%

- Under the direction of the department manager perform ongoing management responsibilities, including coaching, training and guidance, performance reviews, departmental goal setting. 20%

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business or related field preferred

Five plus years financial services experience

Three plus years managerial experience

Deposit account servicing experience

Cash management product delivery experience

Payments industry knowledge

Bank operations experience

Management experience

Knowledge of commercial cash management products and services

Knowledge of payments industry

Knowledge of property management industry

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite advanced Excel skills

Project management skills

Ability to multi-task

Well organized

Strong analytical skills
