Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our dynamic insurance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support in navigating their insurance needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide support for Employee Benefits Account Executive tasks will vary each day and week depending on renewal and new business pipeline and client requests.
- Provide prompt, professional, high-quality service to our customers
Research and answer questions regarding benefit plans, claims, invoices, and employee-level benefit and ID card inquiries.
-Process enrollments, terminations and qualifying events with carriers and Third-Party Administrators
-Assist with annual renewal tasks- marketing of health and ancillary benefit plans through carriers and TPA partners, prepare employer and employee open enrollment deliverables and file updates.
-Maintain group files and client summaries
Requirements:
-Ability to work directly with clients and outside vendors/carrier partners while establishing and maintaining positive relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, possess basic word processing and spreadsheet computer skills.
-Efficient, Self-motivated and goal oriented
-Life/Health License to be obtained during first 6 months of employment
