My client has been around for over 20 years and specializes in new construction and renovation projects between 500K-40M in Healthcare, Government, Higher Education, Commercial Office, and more.

My client is an award winning 20 year old General Contractor that has completed over $800M worth of projects and employee over 90 individuals. They also have 98% customer retention rating creating long term stability for their employees.

They are providing 3 weeks PTO (negotiable), additional week of volunteer time, sick leave, 401K, bonuses, health insurance.

Description

• Responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through close-out
• Ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget, and according to specified standards of quality and performance
• Candidate will independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Candidates will help train and mentor Assistant Project Managers
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be able to manage projects between 5-20M+

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years experience estimating for a Commercial General Contractor
• Comfortable working on a team and working autonomously
• Knowledge of Windows/Word/ and Excel is required
• Experience with Design/Build or Design/Assist/Build projects is a plus
• Knowledge of Bluebeam is a plus
• Knowledge of P6 Primevera is a plus
• Knowledge of Procore is a plus
• Must be able to commute into Baltimore office 5 days a week
