DescriptionWW Greenfield Sr. PM role will be a senior business manager role responsible for working with internal high-level stakeholders to drive the Partner Greenfield (New AWS Customers) Rhythm of the Business (RoB) in AWS across multiple global and geo executive VP level business reviews. This role be critical in supporting Partner Geo Greenfield stakeholders on strategic, operational, and coaching perspectives to achieve business results connected to Customer Segment Partner Goals focusing on Greenfield (AWS New Customers) across AWS customer segments. This role will own end-to-end strategy and delivery of a cross-functional SVP level goal and help define additional lower-level goals. Global coordination and heavy writing and data skills are needed to surface the most impactful content for executive reviews. This role requires project management mindset and capability - most critically Invent and Simplify, as well as Ownership to define and execute a new VP level cross functional QBR cadence.As a representative and extension of the Global Partner Core Customer Segment Leaders, you will be acting as a trusted advisor to the Greenfield geo stakeholders across Sales and Partner organizations. This opportunity will allow you to develop your business acumen, while at the same time navigating between strategic thinking and operational excellence. You will be in a unique position to accelerate your career leadership. Some travel might be required (5-10%).You should be able to work in a cross functional, cross cultural and fast-paced environment. You should also be a data-driven individual, who has the horsepower to solve complex problems, has high standards, and operate well in an ambiguous environment.Key job responsibilitiesStrategic Rhythm of the Business (RoB) planning & execution: Partner Greenfield RoB owner and key contributor to gather inputs for other RoB across AWS, while also influencing the business strategy through RoB global and geo and executive quarterly and monthly reviews. Supporting operational planning blueprints and helping drive to completion.Greenfield Goals Leader: Define business KPIs and goals to measure greenfield performance across the global partner organization.Greenfield Mechanisms Ownership: Define and create mechanisms to support the Customer Segment team, and drive usage of standard business processes. Subject matter expert and point of contact to address related questions.Executive office and business management: Lead cross-functional and strategic topics to support Customer Segments executive leaders and drive measurable results that deliver business impact for the Partner organization.Business Operations Excellence: Trusted change advisor in the Customer Segment Team, and a thought leader around topics such as compliance, readiness, training, organizational policy education. Upholds a high quality bar, driving optimization and improvement in team processes across global teams and geos.People: Create an inclusive environment as an Individual Contributor, influencer and role model.About the teamThe APO Customer Segments (ACS) team develops and executes global initiatives to accelerate new customer acquisition (Greenfield) and growth through partners. We drive to a north star of 100% Greenfield Partner Attach, and seek to deliver partner attach annual realized revenue growth rates higher than our direct business. 6+ years of professional or military experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

6+ years experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience in writing executive reports, path-to-green and strategy docs that drive C-Suite decision making.

Review business performance and support financial management of the team s budgets.

Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership.

Preferred QualificationsExperience interpreting data and making business recommendations

Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market.
