Senior Project ManagerRemote Role!We offer Excellent Pay, Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, and Opportunities for Growth!We are an established organization based in Anchorage AK. and with offices throughout the country that offer our employees Excellent Pay, Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, and an Opportunity to Grow and be Successful.The Company: ?Teya is an Alaskan Native Corporation that offers a diverse array of services that allow us the opportunity for continued growth and success in todays changing employment market.?Why Teya:We have seen continued growth despite changing market conditions.We offer Health, Dental, and Vision Coverage, as well as other solutions to meet a variety of individual and family needs.Our Mission: To bring our clients the best possible partnering services with projects being delivered on time and on budget.Salary Range$135 to 155kRequirements:The Project Manager must have eight (8) plus years of technical and managerial experience executing IT projects of similar scope and complexity as this effort with a successful track record of planning and tracking, demonstrating the ability to drive results, solve problems, execute team management, and manage scope, schedule, and budget.The Project Manager must have a bachelors degree in computer science or information Systems or other relevant discipline, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Agile/SAFe certification, other related certifications, and or demonstrate equivalent experience.The Project Manager must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be proficient with project management tools. The Project Manager shall have experience with overseeing Agile methodology projects and experience with understanding full project and product lifecycles.?Responsibilities:Project Planning and Strategy:Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required. Formulate strategies to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.Team Leadership and Management:Oversee project teams, providing direction, guidance, and motivation. Delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring each team member understands their responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximize productivity.Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining regular communication to ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations. Manage stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns and facilitating resolution of conflicts as they arise.Risk Management and Mitigation:Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with the project and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle, implementing contingency plans as necessary to minimize disruptions.Resource Allocation and Budgeting:Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and materials, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget constraints. Monitor expenditures and track budget performance to maintain financial accountability.Quality Assurance and Control:Establish quality standards and processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain quality standards.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Track project progress against established milestones and deliverables. Generate regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.The Location:This position can be done remotely!
