Join us and we can make a difference together.About This RoleAs an established Project Management professional you will be responsible for Managing the daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining budgets and staffing requirements, and is responsible for estimating project costs, gathering and analyzing data, preparing progress reports, coordinating project tasks with various functional organizations, and identifying project problems.Key Responsibilities:Manage projects following project processes and where applicable provide direction to assisting Project EngineersComplete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfactionResponsible for the overall financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections and re-estimating costs of installation projects.Manage the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders for the expansion of scopeCoordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy any issuesManage relationships with sub-contractors, identifying issues, and take corrective action plans to remedy any issuesLocated near Wenatchee WARequired Qualifications:High school diploma or GED2+ years of project management experience5% travel requiredPreferred Qualifications:Ability to lead and motivate teamsStrong problem solving, planning and project management skillsAbility to read and understand scope of workExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting#LI-RemoteRSRCAR

Pay Range:$73,750 - $103,250 Annually
