Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager III to support the Department of Veterans Affairs. In this role, you will serve as a project director and reviewing principal on small to large projects, focusing on cost-effectiveness, quality, client satisfaction, and contract compliance. As a leader, you will provide technical, contractual, and administrative support to junior project managers, plan and develop budgets for projects, and prepare proposals. You will be responsible for the implementation of the company's Quality Assurance Program and provide quality assurance support for projects and proposals. Responsibilities:

Serve as project director and reviewing principal on small to large projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, client satisfaction, and contract compliance.Provide technical, contractual, and administrative support to junior project managers, guiding them in dealing with clients, regulatory agencies, project staff, staffing assignments, and accounting for resources.Plan and develop budgets for projects and prepare proposals, emphasizing sound engineering and scientific principles, technical quality, and project profitability.Implement and manage the company's Quality Assurance Program, providing quality assurance support for projects and proposals.Oversee project teams and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.Mentor and develop junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.At least 4 years of professional experience in project management.Strong oral presentation and written communication skills.Proven ability to manage small to large projects, emphasizing cost-effectiveness, quality, client satisfaction, and contract compliance.Experience in implementing and managing quality assurance programs.MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Have experience managing programs in the VA - OR - Have experience managing VA telehealth or VA home health - OR - Have experience in a commercial setting in the management or development of digital health products and/or programsProject Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.Experience working with government agencies or in the health care industry.Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.Experience in managing virtual or telehealth projects.

Compensation:

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.

Salary range: $90,000 - $104,000
