What you ll do: The Project Manager is a position of great responsibility, requiring complete technical knowledge of the construction process with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction. The Project Manager is the main point of contact responsible for the project s organization, implementation and completion to the satisfaction of the client.

Qualified Candidates Will Possess The Following

A four year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education may be substitutedKnowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and constructionAbility to build and maintain good relationships with clients, building owners, building managers, consultants, architects, employeesGood analytical and quantitative skillsKnowledge of financial terms and principlesAbility to conduct job cost and cash flow analysis including the preparation of reports and budget managementGood understanding of contractsMastery of all Procore modules, including Project Management and Financial Management toolsMastery of Microsoft Project and the implications of changesExcellent written and verbal communication skills
