Job Details:

We are currently looking for motivated, passionate, and experienced Sous Chef for our BOH team at L'ardente.

Job tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Work with the Chef de Cuisine to produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurant s policy and vision
  • Inspire new dishes which appeal to the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef whenever required
  • Discover talented chefs and train them in order to reach the high standards of the location
  • Train the auxiliary kitchen staff in order to provide best results in minimum time and using the maximum available resources
  • Supervise, order and maintain standards in the kitchen during working hours
  • Maintain purchasing, inventory, and food cost standards

Requirements:
  • 1+ years minimum of experience as a sous chef
  • 1+ years management experience required
  • A passion for food and service
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Capability to teach and mentor others
  • Ability to adapt and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environmen
