Job Description Dominion Properties (DP) acquires and renovates over 150 single family homes each year in the Baltimore region and has an existing rental portfolio of approximately 850 homes. Renovations range from $15K to $100K per home. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our construction team! The position will be focused on management of field operations that include the coordination of over 50 subcontractors and suppliers.

The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, be self-driven, a self-starter and have a solid background in single family home renovations. Organizational skills are a must. This position reports directly to the Construction Manager of the Company.

In This Role You Will:
Scoping renovation projects
Negotiating with and engaging labor subcontractors
Managing subcontractors and the critical path through the construction process
Quality control
Reviewing & approving material take-offs
Onboarding new subcontractors
Required Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills for construction scheduling
Knowledge of construction sequence
Must have knowledge of all mechanical trades *HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, Structural*
Single family home renovations - Attention to detail
New home building experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in Baltimore City is strongly preferred. Must have own transportation.
