Our Model

The success of our practices is built on the following fundamentals:

• The doctor-patient relationship is paramount to the practice of dentistry.

What we Offer:

• Full, paid, individual health insurance, after one month probation

• Scrubs (after three months)
• 401k (with three-percent employer contribution)
• Daily minimum salary that equals to $165,000 annual salary, for a full-time associate, plus that portion of 1/3 of collections that exceed the daily minimum, with the potential to make up to $300,000 (or more) based on past associate production.
