Summary:
ValidaTek is searching for a Program Manager to oversee an IT infrastructure program that provides a common view for all enterprise-wide capabilities, supported by structured processes, priorities, knowledge sharing, and focus on performance management. This program provides our customer clear lines of accountability and will drive execution. The Program Manager has ultimate responsibility for the strategic vision and successful delivery of the program with frequent communication to the customer and ValidaTek leadership. This role also has fiduciary responsibility for revenue generation and will provide leadership that motivates and rewards team members for outstanding performance.
Responsibilities:The program manager will plan, direct, and manage an infrastructure team , ensuring the program meets and exceeds accepted standards and best practices for IT/Network operations in a 24x7x365 environment. This individual will be the single point of contact for the customer. The work will be performed in a cleared environment and must follow all relevant rules and regulations to safeguard classified information. Continual process improvement will be a key to success in this role. There will be some long-distance CONUS travel dictated by the requirements of the contracting officer and the contracting office.
