Join our team and be part of a collaborative community that values innovation, personal responsibility, and the power of bottom-up solutions. Together, we will create a society that fosters opportunity, dignity, and well-being for all.

As an integral part of the Stand Together philanthropic community, the Stand Together Foundation is committed to breaking the cycle of poverty by supporting innovative individuals and organizations propelling entrepreneurship in communities nationwide. Established in 2016, the Foundation partners with top-performing non-profits and social entrepreneurs to deepen their impact, dismantling barriers for those facing poverty and enabling them to realize their potential.

We are seeking a Catalyst Success Coordinator to support and partner closely with our Catalyst Success Managers (CSMs) who build trust-based, empowering relationships with and among our community of 300+ changemakers and social entrepreneurs and guide theseCatalysts(nonprofitpartner organizations) to mutually valuable opportunities within STF and the broader ST community.

In this role, you'll help identify and support non-profits and social entrepreneurs nationwide who drive social sector innovation through principle-based practices and grassroots solutions in their communities. The Catalyst Success Coordinator will also manage their large portfolio of low-touch Catalyst partnerships, engaging them through mass communications and other strategies. By discerning the Catalyst partners' alignment with key initiatives, the Catalyst Success Coordinator will identify opportunities for Stand Together Foundation to advance both its and its partners' mission.

Your Responsibilities Include

    • Work closely with Catalyst Success Managers and team leadership to align Catalyst selection decisions with the foundation's overarching vision and strategy, including conducting due diligence, social media screens, and nonprofit financial analysis to inform investment decisions.

    • Foster growth and maintain the quality of a robust pipeline of strategic, principle-aligned partnership opportunities.
    • Support the vision and strategy of CSMs and their Catalyst portfolio while maintaining your portfolio of low-touch Catalyst partners.
    • Help capture and track relevant Catalyst moves and communications in Salesforce for easy reporting and team accountability to data integrity.
    • Build partnerships internally with key stakeholders, collaborate, and communicate across multiple internal and external teams and audiences.
    • Travel as needed up to 10% in support of Catalyst community events.
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
    • Possess at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in roles involving research, project coordination, or direct support of partnerships/business development or investment teams.
    • Demonstrate commitment to Stand Together's purpose, values, and operational principles.
    • Exhibit the ability to conduct research and analysis yielding value-oriented insights.
    • Display proficiency in written and verbal communication, effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Embody a high degree of humility, integrity, and professionalism.
    • Showcase an entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a strong sense of urgency.
    • Possess experience using Salesforce, Power BI, Airtable, and other tools for customer management, data management, and project management. Additionally, show openness to learning additional analysis tools.
What We Offer
    • A meaningful career where your work will improve the lives of millions of Americans - especially the least fortunate.
    • A vision-driven community of over 1,000 employees across the country who are dedicated to improving the lives of others.
    • Competitive salaries and bonuses. Our salary and bonus strategies are aligned to the value you create, not a standardized bell curve.
    • Generous 401K match - 6% match with immediate vesting.
    • Competitive health and wellness benefits
    • Our flexible time-off policy allows all employees to take leave as needed.
    • A purchasing credit card to use for business expenses.
    • Mileage reimbursement for business travel separate from your commute.
    • Commuter assistance plans to offset the cost of commuting into our headquarters (on-site parking or metro)
    • Opportunities for professional development and mentorship that can strengthen your effectiveness through Principle Based Management and other industry specific programs.
