We are looking for a compassionate and experienced team members with a passion for senior care and who wants to make a difference and has the following qualities:

  • Passion for Seniors - Feels strongly about working with the senior population. Has a drive to go above and beyond for seniors.
  • Resident Focused - Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of the resident by establishing and maintaining effective relationships as well as gaining trust and respect of others.
    • You'll advocate for your residents at every stage of care, making sure that we go above and beyond for them every single day.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • STNA or Nursing Assistant training required and maintain license
  • First aid training every 3 years required
  • Completion of at least the sixth grade in school required
  • Able to read, write, speak and understand English language required
  • Love and respect for aging persons
  • Patience, tact, and cheerful disposition with staff, residents, and families
Schedule:
  • Must work every other weekend and holidays
