Mindbank Consulting Group has anticipated needs for Tier I Help Desk Technicians to support a Navy client in Arlington, Virginia . Candidates must have an active Secret clearance and at least two years of relevant experience . This position is 100% onsite; travel to offsite locations in the area will be required. The salary range is $65,000 to $72,000 and is based on each candidate's skills and professional experience.
Tier I Helpdesk Technician Responsibilities:
Provide in person or phone technical support to end users for laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and account issues.
Perform office IT equipment setup or iPhone setup.
Must have experience with troubleshooting, problem escalation, MAC requests and inventory, as related to working in a helpdesk environment.
Must have detailed knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and help desk tools.
Will assist in administrative duties as well as all other duties as assigned.
Travel to off-site locations is required for customer support.
Tier I Helpdesk Technician Qualifications:

An active Secret Clearance is required.
Two (2) years of recent, professional IT support experience, including knowledge of PC operating systems, networking, work on a help desk team, mail standards, and some knowledge of application support is required.
Security+ Certification is a plus.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Professional phone etiquette is required, and a positive customer service attitude is a must!
