Job description
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for preparing and delivering and picking up trays or patients, communicating pertinent information regarding menu preferences, delivering nourishment, taking inventory of floor supplies and re-supplying them to a par level. Works as a team member with the patient/patient's family, nursing, and food service support to maximize patient meal satisfaction. Practices exceptional customer service at all times. Serves as primary liaison between patients and food service operations.
REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School Diploma, GED equivalent or High School certificate. 1-3 years of experience. Prior food service experience is preferred.
