RN - Night ShiftDescription

Provide direct nursing care to residents that meet their physical and emotional care needsSupervise NA-C to ensure clinical care appropriately meets residents' changing needsAdminister medication, check medication cards for accuracy and completionFollow specific isolation procedures for infection controlDocument progress notes, write summary reports and maintain resident care recordsObserve, evaluate and maintain proper documentation for compliance and recordQUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSEducation: Graduated with an accredited program in nursing educationOn the date of hire, hold and have ability to continuous renew while employed the RN license through the Washington State Board of NursingIV/PICC experience requiredWorking knowledge of Electronic Health Record System is preferredA gentle compassionate, empathic personality with clear communication skills desired as population serviced is the elderly.
