Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Commercial Agent to join our dynamic real estate organization. Responsibilities:

1. Shadowing and Learning: Collaborate with an experienced commercial agent to observe and learn the day-to-day activities of commercial real estate transactions, including property showings, negotiations, and client meetings.

2. Assisting with Repetitive Tasks: Support the experienced agent with administrative and repetitive tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient execution of deals.

3. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities, track market trends, and provide valuable insights to the team.

4. Deal Coordination: Assist in coordinating deal activities, including property inspections, appraisals, and due diligence processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.

5. Client Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and other industry professionals, delivering exceptional customer service and responsiveness to inquiries.

6. Financial Analysis: Learn to analyze financial statements, perform cash flow analysis, and evaluate investment returns to assess the viability of commercial properties.

7. Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand professional networks and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the commercial real estate market.

8. Learning and Professional Development: Commit to continuous learning and skill development to enhance knowledge of the CRE industry and improve overall performance as a Commercial Agent.

Requirements:
