Minuteman Data Engineer (Full-time)
Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid Model (1-2 days in office per week)
Clearance Requirement: Active Secret or higher
This is a full-time opportunity with a DoD organization in the Washington, DC area. Strong compensation offered for the right candidate.
As a Data Engineer Lead, you will perform data analysis, overseeing data collection ingestion, validation, and loading of optimized data in the appropriate date stores.
Responsibilities:
Modernize data engineering capabilities with use of Big Data technologies, AWS and Python
Requirements:
Knowledge of data programming tools such as Python, R, ACL
MUST have demonstrated experience working with National Guard Bureau (NGB), people & readiness data.
Top Secret is required; TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
Must be in the DC Metro area and available to work in Arlington, VA in a hybrid scenario.
Nice to Have:
Recent DoD or IC-related experience.
Previous experience with Advana is a plus.
