Support corporate financial operations by performing invoicing, bill paying, and payroll transactions.Support Contract Management functions by organizing and maintaining files and compliance items.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data from disparate sources.Perform data analysis and summarize in presentation form, including making actionable recommendations.Learn and maintain internal systems, including SharePoint as well as external systems.Support the implementation and monitoring of Partner Forces Annual Operating Plan (AOP) key metrics and goals and initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to support special projects as needed.Assist in implementing process improvements and assessing their effectiveness.Stay informed about potential technology enhancements relevant to operations.Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and 1-2 years experience in operations analysis, finance, or similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data.Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite of tools and software for data analysis and presentation.Familiarity with Data Visualization tools such as Visio or Tableau.Experience with Knowledge Management frameworks and best practices, as well as developing and maintaining Data Repositories.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in work output.Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.Local to the National Capital Region (NCR)/Washington, DC area preferred.Partner Forces values a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
