A Caf Manager supports Tatte s mission to inspire, care for and nurture life, every day, by contributing to the caf management team in welcoming guests to Tatte, caring for our team members, and executing caf operations to Tatte standards. Caf Managers are typically supervisors who are interested in developing their leadership skills and working towards becoming an Assistant General Manager. Given this, a Caf Manager s primary responsibilities are to plan and/or execute the proper deployment of team members during shifts and ensure the delivery of an excellent guest experience. To do this, the Caf Manager will work side by side with team members, leading and inspiring them to exceed our guest s expectations at every opportunity by providing exceptional service that is authentic, genuine, warm and welcoming while upholding the execution of Tatte service and product standards.
