Essential Job Functions:
Under the supervision of an Assistant Principal, perform varied school-related secretarial tasks and duties including, but not limited to: serving as front line with parents, students, and staff; answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls; receiving visitors as well as directing and announcing them appropriately; maintain security by monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges; using a computer, copying, proofreading, clerical responsibilities, and communicating with staff, parents, and children.

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse workforce including administrators, teachers, parents, and children
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Enjoy diverse responsibilities and ability to handle a variety of tasks
- Prior knowledge and/or willingness to learn District applications (PEERS, etc.)
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Excellent attendance record
- Mobility to move in and around buildings
