**Night Cleaner**

Frederick, MD / Able Services Field Building Maintenance Eastern Region / Part time **Job Summary**

We are looking for dynamic Night Cleaners to join our dedicated team in Frederick, Maryland!

The Night Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building. **Part-time, evening positions available, Monday through Friday, 5:00pm to 10:00pm.** **Requirements**

+ Minimum of 3 or more years cleaning or facilities maintenance experience

+ High School Diploma

+ Proven working experience as a custodian/cleaner

+ Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

+ Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

+ Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

**Work Environment**

+ The work is performed in a commercial building environment. Service provided might be in one building or spread over several buildings; with a wide variety of staff with different functions, personalities and abilities.

**Physical Abilities**

+ Standing 70%

+ Sitting 5%

+ Squatting/Stooping 15%

+ Reaching 10%

+ Lift up to 50 pounds
