Job Duties:

Unloading of production WIP From other Pratt locations

Unloading of Finished goods from other Pratt locations

Unloading of all Trucks with Maintenance Parts and Machinery

Unloading of all Trucks with Glue, Ink, Labels, Tooling etc...

Unloading of Returned Goods Product from Customers

Unloading and Crossdocking of pallets off of Vendor trailers

Loading Seconds when Customers picking up or Pratt delivery

Loading of Empty Glue Totes for Return to Vendor (Glue Tote Process)

Staging of Tagged WIP Product for Production

Move Product for Design and Test Lab when Requested

Put away of all Tagged and Received Finished Goods

Inventory of Pallets

RE-Order of 3 types of Pallets when Quantities Warrant it

Sorting and Disposition of Returned Pallets from Customers

Glue Tote Return Process

Selling of Seconds

Processing of Donations to Charitable Organizations

Documentation and Dispositioning of Returned Goods

Limited Rework of some Inbound Shipments

Receiving if all SAP HRMS P.O's on Computer including Drop Shipments

Take Pictures and Email Pratt sites for Damage or Not to Spec Units

Deliver FedEx and UPS to Front Office. Pick up WHS Mail and Deliver

AIB Cleaning

General Housekeeping

Additional Duties as assigned by Management

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED.

Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following:

Prior work experience as a forklift operator.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy. Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate. Able to apply concepts of high school math.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form. Ability to deal with problems involving one or more concrete variables in standardized situations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

The individual must have a working knowledge of the following:

Equipment design and capabilities that can be translated into efficient operation.

Product layouts and production specifications

Product quality specifications

Quality standards

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Required to maintain a current Lift Truck Operator License.
