Fairfax, VA MUSE ORDER FULFILLMENT ROLE Position Title: Order Fulfillment Application Requirements: Resume, and Complete video pre-screening question. Reports to: Regional Manager

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

* Muse Paintbar combines acrylic painting instruction with a beer/wine bar & light fare.

+ We host 2-2.5 hour nightly events during which patrons will receive step-by-step instruction on a particular painting while socializing in a vibrant yet relaxing wine bar atmosphere, or from the comfort of their own home with our virtual options, including Muse To Go. RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Use Shipstation to view and print orders and shipping labels

* Assemble painting kits based on packing list

* Transport orders to UPS and USPS (within 1 mile of the studio)

* Comfortable processing and shipping between 30-100 orders per day (variable)

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:

* Position is part-time, 25-30 hours per week

* Must be available at least 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays depending on the week. This will be discussed during the interview.

* Hours are between 10AM and 6PM

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Over 21 years old

* Drivers license and own a reliable vehicle

* Tech savvy

* Experience and knowledge of working with Excel

* Organized and efficient

* Ability to be reliable and timely

* Basic math skills

* Excellent communication skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

* Continually required to stand and walk

* Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity

* Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl

* The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

* You will be required to wear gloves and a mask when working
