Position Objective:The Clinical Triage RN is responsible for providing triage for all incoming medical advice questions via telephone or MyChart to ensure prompt identification of patients with high-risk conditions, assessing the need for clinical referral, coordinating care and providing education. In addition, this position will make outbound phones calls to provide patient results for lab work and imaging. The Clinical Triage RN is a key member of the care team working to provide quality comprehensive services to patients to include assisting with in-office procedures and managing patients enrolled in the remote blood pressure monitoring program.
