Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in food service or construction.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Auto Quotes is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to interpret technical drawings and communicate design requirements effectively.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Creative thinking and analytical skills to tackle challenges effectively.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate recommendations clearly.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Integrity: Possess integrity, ethical character, and a commitment to delivering quality results.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform job duties, including occasional work on active construction sites.
- Office Environment: Primarily office-based work with occasional telework.
- Construction Sites: May require work on active construction sites, with exposure to typical hazards.
- Flexible Hours: Core hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends to meet project needs.
- Travel: Local and out-of-town travel required based on business needs.
