Responsibilities
  • Resource Management: Efficiently manage labor, equipment, materials, and other project requirements.
  • Progress Monitoring: Keep stakeholders informed by providing regular updates on project activities.
  • Budget Oversight: Track project costs meticulously, handling everything from invoices to changes in scope.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to provide effective solutions and resolve conflicts.
  • Documentation: Analyze plans and prepare quotes, purchase orders, and other essential project documents.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Installation Oversight: Coordinate the installation of equipment on construction sites, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Project Close-out: Assist with finalizing projects, including billing, record updates, and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in food service or construction.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Auto Quotes is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to interpret technical drawings and communicate design requirements effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative thinking and analytical skills to tackle challenges effectively.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate recommendations clearly.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly driven with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Integrity: Possess integrity, ethical character, and a commitment to delivering quality results.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform job duties, including occasional work on active construction sites.
Working Conditions:
  • Office Environment: Primarily office-based work with occasional telework.
  • Construction Sites: May require work on active construction sites, with exposure to typical hazards.
  • Flexible Hours: Core hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends to meet project needs.
  • Travel: Local and out-of-town travel required based on business needs.
