IT Concepts is seeking a help desk and end user support for management and administration of DHA systems, applications, networks and telecommunications, by augmenting Contractor support to the PEO MS/J-6 IOD, developing the new DHHQ GSP construct. Through this new DHHQ GSP construct, IT services will be geographically organized and provided leading toward improved and consistent IT practices and mechanisms, while continuing to support end users without degradation to DHA operations. Vital to meeting this objective is meeting the IT Service Management (ITSM) Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) framework to provide consistent, available, and reliable IT services to DHHQ end users to rapidly resolve issues and mitigate risks impacting business operations.
