What We Seek:

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our Washington, DC office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging graphics and visual content, and developing templates for various marketing materials. This role will spend approximately 60% of time on in-house digital marketing and 40% of time on client service engagements. This position is located in our DC office and follows a hybrid schedule with two days per week in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage both organic and paid social media campaigns for Raben and our clients.
  • Maintain and oversee multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Make updates to the Raben website as needed. Utilize software such as Canva and the Adobe Suite to Facebook and TikTok.

  • Develop templates for marketing materials, such as presentations, proposals, and internal and external documents and manage the day-to-day design elements of all proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and consistent branding across all digital platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media, graphic design, and digital marketing.
  • Assist with social media & audio-visual needs at Raben events.
Requirements

Requirements:
  • Previous work experience or coursework in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, graphic design, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design software.
  • Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Range and Benefits:

Our salary range for this role is between $60,000-$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and locality.
