About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Facility Engineer to maintain and support operations at our data centers in Manassas and Sterling, VA.In this role, you will:* Maintain 24/7 365 Data Center Continuity of Service* Lead or participate in providing project management support to ensure compliance and documentation for enhancements and modifications concerning building infrastructure technology* Contribute to large-scale planning related to building infrastructure technology* Review and analyze moderately complex application, functionality, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors* Independently resolve moderately complex issues* Lead team to meet functional area/project/process deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements* Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals* Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for junior staffRequired Qualifications, US:* 4+ years of facility engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:* 4+ years of corporate properties and facilities management experience* 4+ years of management or leadership experience* Data center engineering design and operational leadership experience strongly preferred.* Extensive experience in property management coordination with multiple properties.* Previously managed the operations of large enterprise data centers (50,000+ sq. ft. computer environments)* Broad knowledge of critical facility concepts, disciplines, best practices and methodologies* Extensive knowledge of building systems, automation and infrastructure.* Extensive knowledge of compliance, audit, building controls and security protocols.* Critical Facility industry best practice knowledge and application experience* Strategic view and innovative focus on Critical Facilities service delivery practices* Knowledge and understanding of data center: critical facilities systems: electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems* Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability* Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills* Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills* Clear understanding of indoor air quality, OSHA, NFPA, EPA, local and national codes and requirements to assure that employees, vendors and contractors are performing tasks in a workmanlike manner without exposing the organization to unnecessary risk.* Knowledge of sustainability and energy management principles as well as asset life cycle management disciplines.* Focused with strong problem solving and analytical skills* Experience collaborating with Property Managers, Project Managers and CPG Properties leadership and other lines of business.* Will demonstrate a proficiency in understanding and interpreting facility blue prints as well as electrical and mechanical single line drawingsJob Expectations:* Travel: US Based 20-30%Salary Range:* VA - Manassas MIN $106,300 MAX $188,900* VA - Sterling MIN $106,300 MAX $188,900* May be eligible for an annual discretionary bonusPay Range$106,300.00 - $188,900.00BenefitsWells Fargo provides all eligible full- and part-time employees with a comprehensive set of benefits designed to protect their physical and financial health and to help them make the most of their financial future.
