ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, MEMBERSHIP SALES - OVERVIEW:

Elevate is excited to hire key team members for the ticket sales and service team for one of the premier NWSL franchises, the Washington Spirit. In collaboration with our client, this is an opportunity for individuals to be part of disrupting the industry and growing attendance and revenues for a premier sports franchise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sells a full menu of Washington Spirit product offering, with a focus on new full season & partial season memberships, via outbound call campaigns to qualified B2C leads.
  • Meets or exceeds established sales effort and revenue goals, while exceeding client expectations in value and service.
  • Host prospects for stadium tours, meetings, and appointments
  • Proactively identify new leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting
  • Handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticketing inquiries.
  • Ensure customer data and profile requirements are accurately and completely detailed for defined accounts in CRM system.
  • Generate new leads at sales tables during home games and other community events.
  • Participate in various sales, team and community events as assigned.
  • All other responsibilities as required.


QUALIFICATIONS:

A.Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sports Management, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 months' sales experience, preferably in sports/entertainment, required.
  • Experience with Archtics & Ticketmaster ticket systems preferred.


B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Highly proactive, goal oriented and motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing great customer service.
  • Coordinate changing priorities in a dynamic, high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and creatively solve day-to-day challenges.
  • Extremely organized with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic - must be a team player with a "get the job done" attitude.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Travel Requirements
  • Local travel to in-market events is required

Physical Demands
  • This position requires the ability to lift up to 10 pounds and move around event spaces during attendance at events

Work Environment
  • The incumbent primarily works in an office environment, however, is expected to attend all events
