Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing, customer relationship management. Experience with Yardi, knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, and familiarity.
Duties:
- Manage the leasing process from initial contact to lease signing
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Utilize Entrata for maintenance requests and tracking
- Handle lease renewals and rent increases
- Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
Experience:
- Previous experience in property leasing or real estate administration
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work with contracts and legal documents
