**What Youll Be Doing:**

* Scheduling shifts employees

* Meeting/exceeding performance metrics expectations

* Direct continuous improvement initiatives

* Support Quality initiatives

* Driving employee satisfaction

This position is in our Rigid Paper and Closures Division and is located in Beavercreek, OH.
