We are seeking a motivated 1099 Contractor Junior ColdFusion Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of software applications while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative environment. The Coldfusion Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Coldfusion technology. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of web development principles and experience with Coldfusion, SQL, and JavaScript
Required Life Cycle Support Skills:
Require staff with interim Secret Clearance Requirement and DoD CaC
Provide Intranet site maintenance
Maintain SAF FM CMS System with 844th (Gov SaaS IT organization managing backend)
Troubleshoot and debug software applications
Troubleshoot any site problems that arise
Post newsletters, job postings, and announcements
Collaborate to design and implement software solutions
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress
Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Coldfusion development, and make recommendations for improvements to existing processes and workflows.
Develop and maintain software documentation
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in ColdFusion programming language
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ColdFusion development
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- ColdFusion certification (optional)
