**Hospice Liaison / Sales Representative** **Hospice, Home Health, Long Term Care/SNF, Post Acute Care, Acute Care experience only. Local market knowledge, job stability and proven performance are must haves!** **Need Sales Reps with established contact/referral sources in:** Northern Pittsburg, PA & surrounding cities/towns/counties **Responsibilities:**

* High energy, compassionate, sales and marketing professionals

* Promote our Hospice's unique programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.

**Qualifications:**

* **Hospice, Home Health, Long Term Care/SNF, Post Acute Care, Acute Care Sales Experience**

* **Local market knowledge, job stability and proven performance are a must**

* Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources

* Familiarity with Contact Management software

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently

* Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment

* Stable work history, with proven, verifiable performance

**Experience**:

* Minimum: 3 years sales experience as outlined above (REQUIRED).
